No, it wasn't. It's extremely rare to get a tornado around here, but those clouds were swirling! Of course, Nick was one of those crazy people standing out on the deck, taking pictures. :) I've only seen one tornado in my life, and as I stood there, taking pictures of the clouds, and watched the tornado form and come directly at me, I learned that I might have been better off in the basement! :) (I was new to the midwest at the time and was clueless!) Thankfully, I made it to the basement and the tornado changed course and didn't hit the house.
We had some bad ones yesterday and today. This was last week and it passed over quickly. It's strange how we seem to be getting more bad storms with tornado watches around here...
Oh, gracious. Please tell me that is NOT a tornado!

DeleteWe had some scary looking clouds here yesterday... nothing came of it though. I hope nothing came of that!
